Etwas Wasser f\u00fcr eine bessere Bindung zugeben. Alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten und ca. 30 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00fchl stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwischnzeitlich den Mangold kleinschneiden und in der Panne mit etwas \u00d6l oder Fett anbraten. Erst die Stiele und dann die Bl\u00e4tter anbragen, da die Stiele eine l\u00e4ngere Garzeit haben. 3 Knoblauchzehen hacken oder pressen und zugeben. Mit Salz und Kr\u00e4uter der Provence w\u00fcrzen.<br><br>Den Teigboden in die Form geben und mit einer Gabel einstechen. 10 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorbacken.<br><br>In der Zwischenzeit die Eier, Sahne, Milch, etwas Salz und Muskatnuss in einer Sch\u00fcssel servieren.<br><br>Den vorgebackenen Boden herausnehmen, den Mangold gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen und mit der Eiermischung aufgie\u00dfen.
